Re: Ring Appraisal ????
Sorry to get a little off the topic..but where did you insure your rings. I didnt want to do it on my parents homeowners policy, and we dont rent, or own anything ourselves yet so I wanted to get an independant policy and have gone to a few different ins company and no one seems to offer this. I didnt realize it was so difficult.
Any advice would be helpful. thanks

Go to the Jewelry Judge. They have a very high reputation.

JoAnn, I ran into the same problem just a couple of weeks ago. After much research, it's best to go with Chubb. I didnt want to get renters insurance with a rider, so I called chubb and she told me they do special insurance for engagement rings. Just go to the chubb insurance website and call. A warning though: I called a few places and some dont do the policy. The girl I called worked in Westbury on Merchants concourse. You'll find their information on the website. FM me if you need to know more. Good luck
