Ring Appraisal on LI

Ring Appraisal on LI

Does anyone know a reputable place where I can get the ring appraised? We are in Suffolk county, but we could travel if necessary.

I want someone who will not remove the ring from our sight while appraising it.

Any suggestions??

I used the Jewlery Judge, they're in Garden City. It's an independent appraiser. They did not remove the ring from your sight.

I second the jewelry judge...I actually have to go back soon to get an updated appraisal.

That's who I used as well (when she was at Jewelry Judge). She's really good!

I went to Marvin & Sons in Cedarhurst. Everyone at my job uses them and I have used them on numerous occasions.

I went to either:

Whitehall Jewelers 516-541-2577
or
Littman Jewelers 516-798-6660

in the Massapequa Mall. It costs about $100, but you really should get it done. I'll check the paperwork when I get home, but it was one of the two... I'm at work or else I'd check now. I really believe it was Littman though.

Another vote for The Jewelry Judge in Garden City. Deborah appraised my e-ring & our wedding rings and Barry appraised other pieces that we have added.

Ladies -
Thank you all SO much for your reccomendations.
I had the ring appraised today with Deborah A. Willepigue from The Jewelry Appraiser in Manhasset. Deborah was WONDERFUL. She throughly explained everything, never took the ring from our sight and was obviously very knowledgeable.
It was a great experience and certainly worth the drive from eastern Suffolk. We will be going back to her for the wedding bands and any other jewelry we want to have appraised.
Thanks again for the reccomendations and for those of you needing an appraiser, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Kay Cameron is Sayville, is excellent. They have one guy that does it he does all of my Mother's Jewelry, he did my ring and my sister's. It's right on Main Street
