FH and I have included his niece (3)as our flowergirl and his nephew (5) as our ring bearer. They are going to be so cute!!!!!!
My question is if any of you are using a ring bearer are they actually bearing the rings or are you doing it just to include them. anybody have any concern to have a um 5year old holding the rings? I know i maybe being silly but i wanted to see what common pratice was?
usually the best man keeps the real rings and fake ones go on the pillow!

Just didnt want to offend the little one, but i guess it is usually what happens. Having an outdoor ceremony , near water and well a 5 year old with rings, had some concerns lol!!

Our ring bearer was 5 -- he carried a pillow but there were NO rings on it. The BM had the rings.

my RB is going to be 3.5 years old so i ma giving the real ones to the Best Man and giving the RB fake ones!
