Our ring bearer plays football and he's into video games, so I thought the perfect gift would be a personalized football coin bank (see below picture) and a $30 gift card to a video game store. Does that seem like a lame gift? Let me know if you think I should get something more upscale.
That's a good idea, I was thinking of doing banks also. Where did you find these?

My junior ushers are really into sports so I was thinking of getting them something sports-themed for their gifts.

cute idea ! My nephew (9) likes to get gift cards, this way he can choose what he likes because darling auntie has no idea what kids are into at that age, or what games he already has.

That's a good idea!!! Our 2 RBs love trains, so we got them train banks, engraved with their names. The football is nice!!!!
