Our ring bearer is 4 and my FH suggested we buy him a playstation game...lol...I dont know if it's because I've had a few glasses of wine or what but that struck me as a little excessive. He's 4 and doesn't even know what's going on. Lol you guys please set me straight if i'm being nuts. We're just so broke at this point lol.

My ringbearer is going to be 2 going on 3, we are getting him a little book bag filled with stuff to keep him entertained: coloring book, crayons, toy cars, animal crackers, juice boxes etc. We're also getting him (and our fg) a build a bear dressed up like him so he will always remember the day!

Your FH is not off - my Ring Bearers are 4 and all they do is play Wii games - they are experts! They even play the Wii Fit games with their mom - Mario Cart - all those games - definitely what I'm doing for them for sure!!!! Or get like a gift card to target or something so they can pick which game they want....
ETA: I even remember when we were in my Aunt's wedding in 1988 as her BM's and GM's as little kids - the boys got Nintendo games - the girls little pearl earings with their birthstone attached....

maybe go to michaels and go in the clearence isle. I was just there and saw tons of little kids things, and like the girl above said- put together a bag of things to keep him busy
