my rb was about the same age... we got him a savings bond. its something that he can use when he's older and im sure he'll appreciate it then.

We had two ringbearers...one was 2 and the other was 3. We got them a cute ringbearer tee shirt (I think from exclusively weddings) and instead of wearing fancy shoes, we bought that black and white converses which they wore for the wedding (and was a big hit!!! Plus they can still wear them until they grow out of it!). The night of the rehearsal dinner when we gave out gifts, we also included a couple of fun things we saw in Target like cars and buzzlightyear doodle pads, toy swords (DH picked that out lol) and other little things that we knew they liked and kept them busy. HTH!

I am getting my RB who is 5 a ThingsRemembered frame and then maybe a sentimental pocket watch... he is kinda obsessed with telling time right now and he can wear it that day.

I'm getting mine a build-a-bear wearing a tux. I'm actually going to go with the RB to make the bear so he can choose his favorite one.
also, all the kids at my wedding will be getting crayons and coloring books so he'll be getting that too.
