Ring Bearer Pillow Alternatives?

I don't really love the idea of the pillow for the ring bearer. Anyone doing something different to carry the rings?

I have seen the one where the rings are held inside a book (there is a compartment inside)

I've seen rustic boxes with the name of the bride and groom and the wedding date burnt into the wood.
