Soooo I believe I mentioned this before, but just to explain the story here goes. FH bought my ering in MD from a friend who works at a jewelers (LOVE MY ERING!). Anyway, the ering has a matching band because the setting on it is a little different and sticks out a bit. So anyway, when we ordered the band, I asked the jeweler if the diamonds near the setting would jut out wierd since the setting comes out. He said it wouldn't. We get the ring in the mail. Perfect...except for the 3 diamonds that are jutting out! UGH! So since this was like a wierd friend of a friend type of transaction we CAN'T return the ring. And I don't like it! So I found another ring that i like form Jared's, it's $350. I can't do anything with the other ring (so we're out $500 ) Anyway, waht do you girls think of this ring? Pics of my ering are in my album. This band is antiquey but so different and I love it!
So you paid $500 and aren't happy w/ it? Even if its a friend of a friend situation, if you paid $$$ I'd say you call and say you aren't happy with it.

I'm sorry that you're not able to return the other ring! Are you sure you can't?
I like the Jared ring a lot...I tried it on myself there and liked it. I don't know if I'm going to get it though because I'm not sure if I want a contoured band in case I ever just want to wear the band alone. But it's gorgeous!

oooooh! So pretty! yea Jared's was so great! They were so nice and patient with me and even offered me cappuchino!!

It's a long story, but unfortunately it's a done deal and we can't return it
I think i'm going to get the ring from Jared's because I really like it. I guess $850 (first ring and new ring) all together isn't so bad since a lot people spend way more than that on their wedding bands right?

Awww I just feel so bad. Like I could understand if they gave you the rings for free but if you paid, I think you should have the right to say something.
I guess yeah in the grand scheme $850 isn't bad.
By the way I LOVE the ring you posted! Its beautiful!!!!!!!

Can you post the other ring on eBay or something? I'm sure that there's SOMEBODY out there who would buy it. This way, you can recoup some of your money for the other one.
