Ring Guards

Hi Everyone!
I recently lost weight and now my engagement ring is a bit too big for my finger. I'm thinking of getting a ring guard for the ring. Has anyone done that? Or, did anyone get those balls put onto the ring?

NO don't do it!!!!!!!!!!! I had one and it scratched my band so badly!! i don't recommend them at all..try those balls you insert in the band?
