How do I go about Ring Insurance? Has anyone heard anything about Jewelers Mutual? I dont have homeowners or renters insurance

there is another thread about this somewhere BUT ..
i put mine on my mom's homeowner's insurance - its called a 'rider' adds like $65 per year. You just need to price of the ring, appraisal etc. Takes 10 mins!!

I got it though Allstate renters insurance. I added it to my apt. rental but it was super cheap.

we used jewlers mutual the price was great for a year . we choose to go this route because we didnt want to go under our parents home owners and have to be bothered giving them a check every year

My friend has jewlers mutual swears by it. I actually have to get mine insured. They wont put it on my homeowners policy but I am looking at jewlers mutual and chubbs. Jewlers mutuals gives you back your exact ring when you lose it at the place of your choice not money to replace it. Chubbs you have the option of money or your exact ring...I have an article.
