ring - jeweler recommendation wanted

OMG, 16 days. Wedding is like another full time job at this point!

Can anyone recommend a jeweler near Long Beach who would be able to move a stone from one ring to another and create a replica of an antique ring? and who can work fast . . .

Thanks in advance!
