Ok My E-ring in pic below is a solitaire. The wedding band I am getting is a plain band. I have asked so many people and nobody seems to know. At the wedding Ceremony does he put both on me, or do I already have my E-Ring on and he just puts the band on. Everyone I asked had the setting where you just put the e-ring in the band and it becomes one. I just did not want that. Anybody's opinion would be appreciated!!!
Usually you have the e ring on your right finger and he slips the wedding band on your right fing....you can either leave it like that all night or put the e ring over the wedding band after the ceremony...

Re: Ring Q
Some people will wear the e-ring on their right hand, so that your wedding band can be put on your ring finger at the ceremony...i am just wearing my e-ring as usual and having FH put my wedding band on after it...because i am wearing another ring on my right hand already.

Re: Ring Q
A lot of times people put the engagement ring on the right hand during the ceremony, then he'll put the wedding ring on your left hand, then afterward you can put the e-ring beck on your left hand on top of your wedding band. This is what I'll probably do. HTH.

Re: Ring Q
I've heard that some people wear their e-ring on the right hand & then during the ceremony the band gets placed on the left hand & FH can switch your e-ring over to the left hand too. I guess it depends on what you want to do.
