Thanks!! I will check them out. I was actually at Tri-County but we only stopped at one place Romanza. I definitely want to shop around.

Re: Rings

I bought his at Tiffanys and its friggin heavy! I don't know where I'll get mine. Either there to get a half circle novo to match my engagement ring or get a plain flat band from e-weddinbands.com that also matches. I want a nice band but also a band I can ding up and go to scary places with!

We're getting matching Tungsten rings too (maybe amazon.com?) that we'll have the priest bless I hope for when we go on vacation, honeymoon, etc. Read about too many horror stories of people losing their rings on their honeymoon...

Yep!!! That is where DH got my e-ring and band. We got his band elsewhere. But they are wonderful there! They became like family to us.

Busy Bee Jewelers on Sunrise HWy in Massapequa. Gary was fabulous! He had tons of patience...drawing things out, explaining things. My DH knew nothing about diamonds and rings so he took my mom with him. Let me tell you...my mom can definitely bust chops and Gary was amazing with her!!! My DH's band was created as a combination of three bands. They are great at creating new things!

Sam is great. His wife is really nice too but she usually goes to him for pricing anyway. My cousin has been using him for YEARS and he is so helpful and does a lot of stuff later for free just to keep you as a customer. She has her ring reset jut for fun and addded diamonds and he has been great.
He has a place in the city, so if he doens't have what you want, he can take a pic photocopy of your ring and then make or find it at the other place. Thats what he did for me.
