I went for this already and what u are doing is picking your menu. And getting a sh*it load of paperwork to fill out so u really shouldn't do it over the phone. They will let u pick ur linen colors and look through the book to pick a cake. Also from when I booked they changed the main dish chicken option so fh and I had to decide which we wanted. The meeting lasted maybe 25 min. They also ask that u have ur ch choices made b4 u get there so it moves quicker. Ask any questions u have at this time. I asked and am having my cake decorated with red scrolls which although it isn't in the book was included in the price so ask ask ask!!!!!!
