I also met with Victoria (and Robert Jay). They do food tastings after you book with them. While I was not thrilled with that thought, I knew MANY people who have attended weddings there and raved about the food. My boss actually went to a wedding there a month ago and made sure to tell me the food was delicious.
I cannot rave enough about everyone FI and I have dealt with so far. We even wrote a letter to the owner thanking his staff for going out of their way to accommodate us on a few issues that made us book with them.
Just love 'em all!
I have even spoken to Michelle on the phone and she is also a doll. But love Victoria!

Exactly what doodles said and I have to tell you I have been to weddings there myself and it was great and I never heard a bad thing about them.......

Michelle and Robert Jay are the only people I have dealt with and they have been great. They really will do just about anything to make your day exactly how you want it!!!!

I have only heard good things, though won't have my tasting until next month, so that i can see what it will look like same time of year.

I didn't know there was going to be a bridal show there, maybe I will go, it's hard when FI gets up at 4am every morning.

i just got married there on 9/17 and people are still raving about the food. everything is so good. i had a tasting there after i booked and everything was amazing!

I just found out that, people from my job had their Christmas Party there last year, and everyone loved it!!! When I told my Boss I was having it there, he was syched (sp?)!!!!!

I called today to see if I needed to have my name on a list or something. Victoria was laughing since they haven't started calling brides about this yet!
