Riviera Brides, Past & Present

How far in advance should I do the food tasting?

I did my food tasting 6 months before the wedding at the Riviera.. It was so much fun :)

You have to pick out the menu about a month or so before the wedding, so you just want to make sure you have tasted the food before that..

Good Luck :)

I did my first food tasting before I even booked them! I wouldn't put down a deposit without trying what i'm paying for! then I tasted about 2 months before the wedding.

Tasting? How does that work? Do make an appointment and they cook for you? Or is it like a group thing? I'm clueless.

We did ours I think 10 or 8 weeks before our wedding. Ask them to find you a wedding that is going to have food similar to the foods you were thinking of using if there was something specific you wanted at your wedding but wanted to try it first and do it that day. JMO.
Good Luck Enjoy.
