Riviera Brides - Please come in!

How did/are you setting up the tables? With the dais in the middle of the tables by the window, or over in the corner be the fireplace?

I'm doing my tables now and I'm having a hard time deciding!

Thanks.

I know I don't know either...How many tables are you having? I think that will help me to decide. If I feel people are going to be shoved in the back or put on the dance floor then I will put our table in the corner. If not, then I will put it in the center of the room by the windows.

We have 145 people, including us. I'm pretty sure we won't have to put anyone in that corner, luckily.

I was thinking the same, but we'll probably be small enough (110-125 people total), that we should have plenty of room...

We were happy after our tasting, and it was a good group of us: FH and I, my parents and FH's three kids. The eggplant rollatini was awesome!

The tasting is only cocktail hour foods, though. Just so you're prepared. I've spoken with quite a few people who've been to weddings there recently and they have all had good things to say about the food. I've seen/heard some lukewarm reviews on their food, too, but the vast majority of them seem to be quite a few years old. Maybe there was a change of chef?

HTH!!
