I really need some hardy advice on Riviera Caterers in Brooklyn! I have heard nothing but exquisite things about them and I'm almost certain that this is where our reception will be!
I need information about the following:
1.What's the average cost per plate with filet mignon etc?
2.How much extra is the fresh seafood station?
3. Do they have in house people for flowers, decor etc?
4. How is the 'date' selection?
