They are having a showcase on Thursday, March 24th starting at 6:30pm! You all should definitely go because the last showcase I went to there I won a few upgrades and some gift certificates for vendors!
I actually just made my first dress fitting appointment a little earlier that day so I can get home and then FH and I are going to the showcase instead of doing a tasting the next day (which we already had scheduled). Hopefully we can win some more stuff and FH can finally taste the food.
Also, I had asked them if it was possible to kinda finalize the menu that night as well and she said with the showcase it may not be possible but she said that if we have everything picked out we can call up anytime after that and finalize the menu over the phone. This is perfect because I want to start printing out these menus as soon as I can.

Re: Riviera Girls!!!!
Nope no entry fee. If it's like the last showcase, when you go you are handed some raffle tickets (you can buy more if you want to) and you walk around to the vendors and put your tickets in the basket for each vendor. Later on, each vendor will pick winners and you can win some stuff for your wedding! Totally worth going in my opinion. At the last showcase, we won gift certificates for our DJ, LI Sound (which we used when booking), Free Gourmet Pasta station for the CH and a Free Filet Mignon entree upgrade (normally cost an extra $2-$3 per person).
