So FH and i have been going back and forth about the honeymoon arguing and getting frustrated (as i vented last night on the 09 board). We have finally found a place we both agree upon and is in our price range for a full week at the El Dorado Royale Resort and Spa in Riviera Maya. Ladies, i feel like it is too good to be true for the price we got!!! Do any of you have any experience there? or have gone there or heard of it that can tell me positives or negatives to the resort? TIA ladies!!!!

Actually I heard it's supposed to be amazing. We were deciding between there and the Excellence Riviera Cancun. We went with the Excellence because we got a better deal. I went through a travel agent who's a friend of a friend and she highly recommended both--especially for honeymooners.

i actually stayed there on my honeymoon & had such an amazing time. The service was top notch! We were treated like royalty! Food was amazing. It's not like any other all inclusive resort i have ever been to- it didn't feel like one b/c the ones i have been to were all buffet style! you actually get to have a sit down dinner. Even the wait staff was unbelievable!
