Riviera Maya Honeymoon- Excellece Playa Murejes vs. Secrets Maroma Beach
Hey Ladies!
I’m feeling so conflicted over these two resorts. I just don’t know which one to choose! Excellence Playa Murejes has gotten soooo many rave reviews from the posts I’ve been reading through on here but Secrets Maroma Beach was ranked higher on trip advisor. Also, I saw that EPM was one of the resorts that was the furthest away from the airport and I heard that the beach there was a public beach? Just wondering if that was a big deal or not… Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction! You guys have never let me down before.![]()
Also, on a side note, has anyone done the excursions that their resort offered in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area? I desperately want to go to the Mayan ruins but was a little concerned about the safety factor being that it is Mexico. Thanks!!!
