Riviera Maya vs. Turks

Riviera Maya in Mexico or Turks and Caicos?

Our wedding in mid March 2014. Looking to stay about 7 days. Want all inclusive, beautiful beaches to relax, excursions, and spa. Don't want to go too expensive- hopefully under $5,000.

Suggestions? Any recommendations for hotels?
