RIVIERA REVIEW...
Ok so last Sunday my friends got married at the Riviera in Massapequa. I have to saythe place is quite pretty & the view is outstanding! I would think if it were a summer wedding and we were able to use the outside more it would have made this wedding even better. But it just happened she had a chilly evening so we werent outside very much. But still the view was amazing. I took pictures but i must have had a wrong setting on & didnt notice because they all came out so dark & i couldnt lighten them enough for you to see. Which i was so upset about!
The ceremony was held at the RH and it went so nice & smooth. But after the ceremony there wasnt anyone there to escort or show us where to go. So half of the guests were at the bar & the other half took their reception cards & began to look for their table for the evening. There wasnt anyone to show people to the CH. Finally we noticed behind the bar was food & tables for the CH. And then everyone seemed to follow & found it as well. So that was a problem. Everything else was great. The service was good & we didnt have a problem getting what we needed. The food was good as well.
They had Dance Jock as their DJ & they ROCKED THE HOUSE! We had an awesome time!!! Really the dance floor was a buzzin the whole time.
Overall, i think if you are getting married there, you will be happy. Just make sure to express that you want the Maitre'd to really show people where they need to be. But honestly, we had a great night!
