I went there during lunch today, and wow! What a place!! I am kind of glad I didn't go there for my dress though because I think I would have found it very overwhelming. Do the attendants there help pick out dresses or do you choose your own and then try them on? I couldn't really tell because I was just looking around and it wasn't too busy (good time to go: 1:30 on a Thurs!!). I looked to see if they had my dress, and they didn't which is probably good because I would have been upset if it was a lot cheaper there. I looked at BM dresses though, they had an incredible selection!

Re: RK bridal
Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this store...this is most likely where I am going to go back and pick out my dress. You actually sign in on a board to get help from an attendant. While you are waiting you pick out five dresses you want to try on. You could pick more than that, but they first have you bring in five. I worked with a woman by the name of Olga and she was wonderful. I tried on six of my own style dresses with her and then she selected dresses that she thought that fit more into my price range and a style she thought suited me. She picked out such nice dresses for me...oh my gosh. This store definitely is a bit overwhelming, but they definitely have every thing you could ever imagine. Loved it!!

Did you go to the one in the City or Carle's Place?

Re: RK bridal
I went this week for the 1st time as well. I felt overwhelmed too. The women were very helpful, the prices were certainly better than any other place I have been. Unfortunately I did not LOVE anything there.

Re: RK bridal
The one in the city is a couple blocks from where I work so I checked it out yesterday afternoon for shoes and bridesmaid dresses. I wanted to try on a few bm dresses for ideas and the one lady around was helping someone else so I just walked into the dressing room. And found a really good contender! I skipped the whole bridal gown area though since I already got my dress, and bought it quickly - didn't want to 2nd guess myself.

Re: RK bridal
OMG, Olga is THE BEST. I went on their last Sunday of the season as soon as they opened in the am. I was second to sign my name on the board. Olga actually walked around with me and picked out like 6 dresses. She picked out some great styles that were in line with the photos I showed her. I wound up purchasing the first dress I tried on. I absolutely reccomend them and will be going back for my BM dresses.
