I have ready about people using the no frills program. My mom found a dress , I called RK and was quoted 160 less. How does it work , do they just ship it to you?

I know that they are in the city. When I start to look for a dress I'm just going to go there. They are located on West 39th street between 8th and 9th. go to www.rkbridal.com for the hours and stuff. HTH

Hon, I did a search online and found this post from january on another message board.
I got my wedding dress from RK Bridal and I saved over 30% off retail. I did the mail-order program (also known as 'no frills') where you just place an order with RK and they mail you your gown - you just need to know your dress manufacturer, model number, and size. And since it's a mail-order program, you don't get any salon service. **Make sure RK is an authorized dealer for your bridal gown.**
RK will beat any mail-order price by 5% so do some research and see what prices you can find first and then send your order to RK. They also sell bridesmaid dresses so you can save your bridesmaids a ton by ordering through them.
I have to admit, it's a bit of a black hole because you don't hear from RK at all - you need to contact them. I faxed in my order, followed up to see if they received my order, and then basically waited up to 6 months to receive my gown. RK doesn't email you or get in touch with you about the status of your order. I checked with them every once in a while but you just gotta wait! Then one day... a UPS box arrived with my wedding dress. It worked out perfectly!'

My BM's got their dresses with no problems. If you do the no frills, they give you a size chart for that company, and you pick the size yourself.
