For those of you that have visited this location, do I need an appt and is there someone I should ask for? BTW for all those interested, I got a quote and the person said they will match any quote you get from any location, plus you get an additional 5% off!

That is definitely true about the 5%. I know a friend who did that.
I tried on bridal gowns there three times. I personally recommed Gilda for trying on bridal gowns (she helped me twice). She is an older woman with a lot of experience. She use to work at Saymels before it closed down.
There is also another woman (she maybe a manager) that is really good but I do not know her name. She is thin with dirty blonde hair maybe in her 40's. She helped me once when my mom kind of complained because there was no one really helping me try on gowns. She also measured one of my bridesmaids. She knows what she is doing.
You do not need an appointment on weekdays or Saturdays. I think only on Sundays.
