Olga was really helpful when I went there.

If you are just going to try on dresses they do not take appts. Ask for Natalie. They have such turnover I do not know if some of the ladies I dealt with are even still there. Good luck

You don't need to make an appt. Someone will be able to help you. Just don't go on a Saturday. It's really hectic. Sonia helped me and she was really sweet. Good Luck!

You can make an appt. if you're going on a Saturday ( which is what I did). I don't think it matters who helps you.

I really like Gilda. She is really old but has tons of experience. She worked in a well known shop that recently (a year ago) closed its doors.

I ordered my gown from there and had an 11:00 am appointment on a Sunday morning. I'm pretty sure Sunday is the only day they take appointments. I highly reccomend that if you do make an appointment, get the first one you can. I went in early, around 10:30 and there was nobody else in the store until almost 12:00. They were extremely helpful, mainly because I was their only customer!

Thanks for all your help. I was thinking of making an appt for the end of Jan on a Sunday - this way the store would be quieter. Now I will try to get a morning appt.

This weekend I have an appt at Charmet on Bell blvd, so maybe I won't have to go to RK....though I saw a few dress on RK's website that I would love to try on.

I will probably go anyway, even if I do see something I like....so exciting!

Also, I wouldn't suggest going on a Saturday. If you can swing it, go during the week. You'll have a much better experience!

I agree don't go on a Saturday. It's like an hour and a half wait. If you go after work maybe you can get help right away.
