RK bridal

How long has it taken for you to contact RK in scheduling a fitting before the real fitting? Ive been calling for an hour straight on Diana's line and no answer just ringing.

Does anyone know what time their alterations department opens?

i've been calling since 11am when they supposedly open

alterations are closed on mondays at RK

I'm calling 212-947-0560 that was the number RK gave me...Hmm don't know i want them to answer already

hmm that's weird. I scheduled the fittings a week after i got my dress. Call RK and ask them to transfer you if they can or tell them you can't reach the alterations dept.

Thank you, i'm going to have to just call RK direct because that number they gave me no answer at all. I have my fittings scheduled but just want to go and try on the dress.

I was there yesterday at like 12 noon and they said that the entire alterations dept is closed on mondays... my MOH had to fix her dress cause they messed it up and there was nobody there
