Anyone ever been there? Thoughts? Is it worth my time?
I was thinking about going just to get some ideas for what I like before I start with 'real' appointments.

it's def. worth checking out because they have a TON of dresses by a TON of designers. If you call them up ahead of time they are pretty good about letting you know if they have a particular dress in stock. The only thing you need to realize is you are on your own in that store. There is no one wallking around with you helping you look for dresses. You pick up about 7 dresses and then you have to put your name on the waiting list for the dressing rooms and wait for your name to be called. Only then will there be someone to help you.
If you go, I suggest going on a weekday early because that is there least busiest time. If you go on the weekends, get there the second they open! Otherwise you might be waiting for a dressing room for a long time.

I would totally go. Although the consultants are not the greatest, it was the most valuable trip because of the selection they have. Don't go on the weekends because it is a madhouse and they will keep to the limit (i think it's 5 dresses). I went twice during the week and tried on about 7 or 8 dresses each time.

Definitely go to RK. I got my dress there. I had Geri and she was so helpful. But as the other girls said go during the week. You also should have an idea of what you want as you pick out the dresses you want to try. If they are quiet Geri will then help you pick out a few more dresses based on what you like. But only if they are quiet. I ordered my dress and was told it would be in in 3 months but i got the call 3 weeks later that it was in and I love it.

its fabulous in there b/c of all the selections!!!!!! but everyone is right, if you can go on a weekday its so much better. they are also a bit cheaper since there isn't much assistance until your name is called for the waiting room list
