MY DRESS IS IN. Just got the call. I'm not using them for alterations though. What happens when you go get your dress? Do you get to try it on to make sure there aren't any issues and then take it to your own seamstress? I bought it regular - didn't do any of their special programs.
I got my dress from there as well. Once the dress comes in you can make an appointment for a try-on to make sure it is the correct dress and there is nothing wrong with it. Then from there you would make your fitting appointments, if you were using them.
