My purchasing experience with RK was fantastic. The salesgirls are all sweethearts, and very helpful, and their prices are awesome. I would absolutely recommend buying a dress from RK....
However, I was not happy with their alterations. While the seamstress was very sweet, she did a mediocre job - my bustle broke less than 5 minutes into my reception! Plus they charge WAY WAY too much $$$ for basic alterations. Standard alterations START at $350 - this includes taking your dress in/letting it out, a hem and a bustle. Cups were I think $75 extra!!

Re: RK Bridal brides....
I second the last poster - everything was great.
My alterations were $250, it was $100 for the bustle and $150 just to take the straps up a tiny little bit. No hem or body work - I thought this was outrageous, but it was convenient and I didn't have other options. Other than that, the service was great.
Overall I would use them again, the location was perfect for me and my girls. The no frills program worked great for some of my out of state bridesmaids. They saved money on the dress and were able to get alterations at a regular tailor.
They def have an awesome selection, so go there and run through the racks and try on a million dresses, its worth it even if you don't end up buying from them.

Their prices were great. They have a huge selection of dresses to try on especially for plus size brides like myself.
I ordered the dress in February and it should be in at the beginninf of May. I probably won't get it alatered there because she said it takes the 4-6 weeks to do the actual alterations and I live out here on the island anyway.
I'll find someone to do alterations. Anyone knkow a good seamstress?

Sorry--I'm clueless, but what does 'no frills' mean?!?
I purchased my dress at RK...i fell in love with the dress, and the price. I worked with a sales girl by the name of Emily. She's such a doll and has all the patience in the world!!! I'm happy with my experience there thus far. Now onto Alterations, i'll keep you girls posted on that.
