RK bridal experience
soooo yesterday my mom and I went dress shopping at RK bridal. The experience was an overall 10 out of 10 for me!!!
We got there at 11am. There was a lot of people there but not as much as I assumed (especially hearing how not to go on a weekend). I signed up for a room and began to dress shop. We were able to put 5 dresses to the side and my attendant got me a 6th one to try on. After waiting 15min, I was called in by a woman named Jo. Jo was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She listened to what I wanted and gave her honest opinions on dresses and designers. She also knew what veils complimented each dress I tried on. And she wasn't pushy at all. I felt like I could try on dresses without being pressured the whole time.
It was a lot of fun to be there and I felt like a bride while trying on dresses and veils. And to my surprise, my mom told me she was buying my dress!!! I assumed that I was buying it because I never recalled her mentioning that she would. I was beyond ecstatic. The last dress I tried on brought tears to my mom's eyes which made me want to cry. But, I didn't buy anything....yet. I want to bring my grandmother and sister (MOH) to see before I decide. I've so far narrowed it down to 5 dresses, one of which I have to try on.
Overall great experience despite the horror stories I heard. If you go there, call ahead of time to make sure Jo will be there and request her!!
