On the RK Bridal website, the Bill Levkoff dress I want for my girls is $150 (at Bridal Reflections it was $200).
I was reading up on their online purchasing, no frils program, and ordering in store, and now I'm confused.
If you go to the store, get measured, and place your order in store (or over the phone), is the price still the same?
Does the No frills program give you a discount?
Anyone using RK Bridal want to explain everything to me?

Re: RK Bridal- questions
no frills = you measure yourself. no instore help. thats why the price is cheaper
if you go to rk to get measured and use a consultant, then the price is different.
as an example, the bari jay dress i found was 180 in most stores. rk had it for 180 in the store and i think 150 online. but i just shopped around.
there is a store a few blocks away called 'here comes the bridesmaid'. google it. they have a website too. they were able to negotiate prices down.
with that price, i went to a few shops in brooklyn and got a better price.

Re: RK Bridal- questions
I've bought a BM dress with the no frills program and it worked out just fine. My grandma measured me because she's good and when the dress came in I needed no alterations at all. If you have a seamstress you trust to measure/do alterations then it's definitely worth it to do. When I ordered, I ordered via fax, but you can also order it in store or on the phone. One thing I didn't like though was I wasn't allowed to try the dress on there when it came in. I understand why, it didn't really matter to them if it fit because they didn't measure me so it's on my head if it doesn't fit, but it was still annoying. I picked it up on my lunch break and modeled it for my co-worker when I got back to work. LOL! HTH!
ETA: The other BMs chose to have measurements done there and spent an extra $50-$100 each, so in the end, it was definitely worth it for me to go with the no frills!
