Although I haven't gone to them yet, when I spoke to them on the phone they were really helpful and polite. They were able to look up styles I was interested and tell me if they had plus size samples or dresses similar. Let me know how your experience goes!!!

Have fun..just be prepared it is not like a regular boutique. It is really big with dresses packed on the racks.
You pick some dresses, I think on the weekend the limit is 5 or 7, sign up for a consultant and when they call you, you try on the dresses
I had a great consultant when I went awhile ago
Have fun

i ordered my dress through them and havent had any problems yet! My sister got her dress there and the BM dresses there a few years back with no problems... i've heard some negatives about them, but i think they are very reasonably priced and there are more people that have good experiences then those who have bad ones!

I tried on dresses there and had a very positive experience. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful and the prices were great.
I bought my dress there. My first fitting is Saturday Feb 20. While you do have to fend for yourself a little, the sales people did help. They found several dresses that they thought would look good on me when I told them what I was looking for and I really liked them. It's just not the one on one experience you get at some bridal salons.. there is no sitting down and talking about dresses but they definitely help you.

It's more like a warehouse feel than a boutique. Though the consultants are really helpful. I went with a friend of mine who is getting married this October to look for bridesmaid gowns. Our consultant was really helpful - it was the first time we went dress shopping and we were able to narrow down colors and fabric choice because of their help there.
the only downside is that the give you a limited amount of time in the dressing rooms (not sure if this is the same for bridal gowns). i think they gave us 15 minutes in the dressing room and we had about 25 gowns to try on so it was quite rushed.
my advice would be to go during the week or late in the afternoon on a weekend because those would probably be the 'down' times.

I had a positive experience there, I personally do not like full service salon experience so RK worked for me...
my suggestion is to go to their website an write down style numbers of dresses you like and then search the racks...it's very difficult to get a feel for what the dresses look like on the racks bc they are all stuffed in garment bags
i went with a list of at least 15 dresses and then just hunted them down!

I highly recommend you get there early because it is first come first serve. They have everything there and dresses in all sizes!!! My mom ended up getting her dress there which she took the sample because it was discontinued so they gave it to her for half price.
If you are looking for BM and MOB, ask for Sandy, she is great.
Good luck!!!

I found my dress there...but bought it somewhere else. Its such a great place for variety. I went on a Saturday morning around 11am and added my name to the waiting list. I think 30min later I was seen. Time flew though b/c during the 30 min, you're perusing their massive collection of dresses for the hopeful five they let you try on. Once you get inside, the Sales Associate will assess your budget, style, body type and fetch what she thinks you will like. It worked for me. I tried on 17 dresses that day but when I tried on THE dress, I knew. To get rid of any doubt, I tried on all of them while my BMs snuck pics.
They are nice, informative, helpful and not pushy. Go early and bring 4 or 5 ppl with you. The dresses are heavy to carry. I didn't buy my dress there b/c the place I did buy it from ended up being less expensive when you factored in the veil, headpiece and alterations were included. I also didn't hear great things about RK's seamstress then.
Good Luck!

I bought my dress from RK last weekend. My best friend bought her dress from there too about a year ago. I can't say enough positive things about that place.
It can be a bit overwhelming if you've never been there before, just because of the amount of dresses they have.
Before I went here I visited a few other bridal salons, and actually liked a few other dresses. I brough the pictures in to try on at RK, and the dresses at RK were half the price!!! It's definitely worth a look! I worked with Aisha, who was great! She and my friend both recommended Fanny if you choose to get your alterations there too!
