RK NO FRILLS PROGRAM

What do they mean by 'mail order only???' Their website says that if you find a lower price online, they'll beat it by 5% mail order only - what the heck does that mean?

i was just there today. you can do no frills online or in store but it means that you have the measure yourself and make sure you are ordering the right style number, color, size, etc.. they will beat ANY price you have by 5%. so it is truly the best price out there , but it is truly no frills as they WILL NOT do alterations, measurements or really anything other than having the sample for you to try on. hope that helps!

i think im doing that. I found the lowest quote when i called 'Pearls Place' Phyliss couldnt match that. RK did plus 5%. I will not do mail order since i work in the city. Im going to get my alterations by Phyliss though.

mail order means you order it online/ by mail. Get the dress by mail

but
Im going to the store and ordering it and picking it up theres when the dress comes. Same price as mail order

I've been there twice already looking at BM dresses and will probably order this week from them. Thanks for the info!

When I went their the dresses had two prices on them, one was the no frills price which I'm assuming is the mail order price and the other is a higher price that includes them measuring you and ordering the dress. I think when they say they'll match any price to their mail order they mean that they will match any price that is lower than their no frills price. So say a dress at RK costs $1000 through no frills and $1200 with frills. Then you search online and find the dress for $1100, you can't compare the $1100 price to their $1200 frills package and expect them to match it and take 10% off. You have to compare the price to their no frills price. At least that's what I think. I could be wrong.
