Sorry R&T. I answered on the BHB board on my review thread.

Got them at RK THey are B@ (Belsoie) and off shoot of JAsmine line. I had 10 girls...all shapes and sizes and they were all very happy and comfortable in that dress. Came in a lot of colors too!!

It's actually a sash, flowy ties thingy.
10 girls all agreed on that one dress UNBELIEVEABLE.
