Walking up third ave., all the curbs are lined with metal barricades. Is something scheduled?

i've been coming in at 7:30 and leaving at 4
i usually start at 9 and leave at 6
i work on 42nd between 3rd and 2nd in the old daily news building

Well you are lucky they are letting you work those hours....so far so good over here....I am in the building with Cosi in the lobby.

yeah, we had a meeting last month and they were very flexible. They basically said do whatever you want, as long as the work is covered no problem. So I come in and leave early and anything that I am working on, I finish at home
My office is dead, lot of people took off or are working from home

As far was we were informed there are no protests scheduled for around 3rd avenue. Most are in or around Centeral Park and a few spanning from downtown up to Madison Square Garden.

I was actually in Aruba at the time! I got lucky. But everyone said it was horrible. Unorganized and just a disaster.

Everyone in my office said it took over 25mins to go down the 14 flights!! That is insane. I hope they get this fixed!
