FH has a very close friend who was in the peace corps, and we didn't think he'd be out in time to come to the wedding. We were so thrilled to find out that he will be back in the states, but now we feel like there's nothing special left for us to ask him to do. (Our bridal party is already huge, and we have four readers and three singers paticipating in the ceremony.) Most of the tasks I can think of either sound girly, or eem more like a favor to ask of someone rather than an honor. Any advice?

Maybe he can roll out the aisle runner right before you walk down the aisle???

That would have been awesome, but we're not having one. Thanks for the thought!

How about being an usher? Or maybe he can make a toast at the reception?

Are you having programs? He could hand them out while the ushers seat your guests. Or if you're having a guest book he could make sure everyone signs it.
