Rolling Pin Brides- Cake Help!

Hi Gals- my catering hall uses Rolling Pin. I recently send them a picture of a bow I want on my cake. They told me with fondant and the bows in gum paste $400 upgrade charge or I can do the regular icing with a gumpaste bow for $150.

I am fine with the regular icing and the gum paste bow. Should that look normal??? I just want it to look pretty. I am doing the bling wrap and getting a brooch for the bow.
