HI GALS! FH AND I WERE THINKING OF HAVING OUR REHERSAL DINNER AT ROMA VIEW IN HOWARD BEACH. I HAVE NEVER EATEN THERE BUT I HAVE HERD GOOD THINGS. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS REDONE. WE WOULD HAVE THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM. HAS ANYONE EATEN THERE AND HAS ANYONE SEEN IT SINCE THE RENOVATIONS? TIA!

Sorry...I didn't see this right away.
I like Roma View but I reallllllly like Carosello!!!! FHs cousin got married at Russo's and they had their RD and her shower there. I've been there MULTIPLE times and the food is always GREAT and the service is amazing!!!
I have only been to Roma View once and it was ok, but I don't remember it blowing me away!
On a sidenote...I'm going Wed. to the showcase, are you?

I went to Roma View last year and I wasn't impressed...I went again this year and it was a lot better!

i was there for baby shower this summer. the food is ok, service was so so. it was in the room downstairs. the room is nice
I havent seen the renovations but I was there in 06 and the food was excellent

I've been to Roma View sooooo many times.......most recently for my bff's rehearsal dinner in October- the food was great!!!! I didn't realize they did any renovations, but it could've just been my short attention span lol. I had my RD at Carosello, not too far from Roma View and across the street from Russo's- everything was phenominal! good luck w/ your decision!
