Roman Catholic Church Question

I know that I need to ask my specific church...

BUT, does anyone know what times churches usually do masses on saturdays?

I know 10:30 my friend had one. But I'd like to do say, 1:00 if possible... does anyone know off hand (I plan to call tomorrow).

TIA!

Re: Roman Catholic Church Question

I wish I could help you, but I could only say, after looking at a couple of churches, that all churches are different. We just changed ours to 6:30 on a Friday night, and I didn't think they would do it that late! Lucky us!

Good luck!

Re: Roman Catholic Church Question

totally depends on the church.
Some churches reserve certain times for funeral masses on Saturdays too.

Re: Roman Catholic Church Question

I know my home church could only do a wedding at 11 or 3 so if coctail hour is a set time (many times if you are having an afternoon wedding...they can only give you a little ley way with time)
My advice to you makes sure your church is closer to your catering hall .... Mine was not an ultimately I could not have a chucrch ceremony

hope this helps

ours is at 2pm and the latest they would dot it is 2:30. Usually masses arent ill around 4 or 4:30 so you could probably do it a 1. Good Luck!
