Romantic Getaway

Looking for ideas for a 3 days romantic get away it does not have to be on a weekend, mid week ideas are good too. FH and I just want to get away alone for a few days. Any suggestions? Also we'd be open to somewhere worth going for 4-5 days. Thinking about poconos...Thanks in advance.

How about Cove Haven in the Poconos? Or Cape Cod is really quaint and romantic. I personally suggest Chatham. I love it there. It's further drive than the Poconos though. Have fun!

cape cod is nice. martha's vineyard too. i loved the berkshires.
also the finger lakes upstate is awesome.

we go upstate to Cairo to get away. no noise. we rent a house and hike the waterfall. its very romantic

I agree on Cape Cod - I went to high school in Hyannis and it is beautiful. A great place to stay there is Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham.

Another nice place in Block Island. Peaceful and secluded. And there is always the North Folk for a quick getaway. Good Luck!

we love the finger lakes and actually go there often...that will be a summer getaway for their annual wine fest...

we are liking the idea of the poconos...

MIL has a house in Chatham. DH spent ever summer there as a kid. We love going up there. I also really like Newport.
