Italy!! I went to school there for a semester when I was in college and couldn't wait to go back to Venice with someone I loved. It's soooo romantic.

We're leaving on a Med cruise too from Rome (what cruise line/ship are you on?)

Then we're doing a week in Ireland.

I think romantic can mean something different to everyone....

Fi and I almost went to Petit St. Vincent because it is very private/secluded. It's definitely a very romantic option.

We eventually decided that, given our personalities, we would probably go stir crazy in such a private place. We ended up booking our HM at The Crane in Barbados. It's on the opposite side of the island from Bridgetown and the 'resort' area of the island, so it's pretty private and quiet. We also got a suite with a private 28 foot infinity edge pool, and a jacuzzi for a good rate. We figured that it would be very private and romantic, but we can also go to the more bustling parts of the island if we get really bored....

As long as you and FH enjoy yourselves, it will be romantic!!!!!

Also- just to give more press - I love Sandals. All inclusive, some have no children, don't have to worry about cash, tips, transfers, drinks or food b/c it's all covered!!! I'm going to the Bahamas for a week and I'll love every minute of being pampered and enjoying the sun!!!!! If you need a TA, let me know, I have a GREAT one who goes above and beyond your expectations!!!!!!!!

Hawaii is really beautiful and romantic
Anguilla is supposed to be very secluded and beautiful-- also Neves i heard too
Barbados is very pretty

i think any place you can be alone a lot and have quiet time is really romantic-- but it depends on what you and your FH want... but those places are really pretty. if you aren't beach people Paris is such a romantic city-- not to mention Venice!!
