Ron Ben Israel or Sylvia W for a cake

For those of you who have chosen to have a cake other than the RH's.

What would you say is the major difference between the two famous makers above?

I have tasted both cakes since I do a lot of work with them. I honestly think they are very similar, Sylvia might just be a little lighter (not as heavy in your stomach). Both make great cakes that will suit your every dream when it comes to a wedding cake. Good Luck
