So after getting quotes from hotels all over the place we decided to go with the new Hilton Garden Inn Melville, which is actually in Plainview. Even though my wedding is a million years out they are going to set up the block (we need a million rooms for our million OOT guests) and they offer a shuttle for the length of your day for a VERY reasonable price. So I am going to set up the website they provide, you can send it to your guests, monitor it, see who has booked rooms, see how many rooms are left etc etc etc...
