Room Block (what should I ask for)

I am in the process of deciding which hotel to pick for my room blook and need some help.

What should I be going over with them? What should I make sure to ask them? What should be included? Any information you can give me would help out a lot. TIA

Ask if you are responsible for paying for rooms not booked in the block?
How much a room is not in a block ....then what is the block price?
ask what do you get for blocking x amount of rooms?
We get a choice of a hospitality room, a free room for us or shuttle service?
ask if you are able to add rooms to the block if needed

Hello! I'm actually getting married a week B4 you at Westbury Manor.

You should ask them for the room rates for 10+ rooms for your wedding, ask if they provide breakfast, a shuttle. If they charge 2 deliver ur OOT Bags. Make sure you are not held resonsible for the rooms that don't book and there is no financial responsibility on ur end to reserve the block (unless you decide 2 book ur room there).

I found that La Quinta was the most reasonable than the other hotels in the area. They provide breakfast. They also offer a shuttle if u book 15 rooms.

You can also check out:

Hampton Inn-Garden City
Hilton Garden Inn-Westbury
Marriot - Uniondale

I hope this helps! If you have any questions FM me. GL!

In addition, ask when they hold blocked rooms up until (ours will be 1 month before the wedding), and if someone wants to book a room after that deadline, will they still get the negotiated rate.
