Room Blocking at the Inn at Fox Hollow

I did the room blocking over a year ago, and I don't remember what the minimum was - does anyone remember if it was 7 rooms had be booked or 5 rooms? I booked the absolute minimum I could b/c I didn't want to be responsible for paying if they didn't book up.

So far we have four rooms booked, and then also the bridal suite!

If you block off rooms at the Inn and dont fill them, the bride has to pay for the unused rooms?
I never heard of that.

That is correct-You have to cover half-

so if you block 10 and 4 get booked you are responsible for 1 room

There are a few places I know of that I checked out that required this.

98% of the hotels I researched have this policy.

That's what I told them! I told them that it would 'technically' be May 1 when we check in...they said - 'no problem!'

So excited and relieved...I was so worried that we wouldn't fulfill the 5 rooms!

hi'ya.. i booked there too.. they told me if you booked 10 rooms you have to guarantee 4 at least.. they said if you're missing 1 room off the 5 rooms, they won't penalize you..
at least that's what i remember..

That's weird, every hotel I contacted said if the rooms are not booked by the date they set that they just get released, we are not responsible for anything.
