room blocks
How long did it take for your room blocks to go up on their systems?
I reserved a room block end of July for Oct 2012, Columbus Day weekend. Was told by Aug 4th is would be up. Sept came around and I checked, not up. Waited til Oct, not up. Contacted them and they first said it has to be a year out, so I tried again a little after a year out, not up. Contacted them again and they said it will be up end of the week. Get an email this morning its up, I call to make sure and low and behold....not up! Contacted them again and is now being told it has to be 285 days out for it to be up when this morning the same person said it was up.
I can't send out STDs until this is up because I would hate for guests to book early and not have the block up yet on their system. I'd like to send them out soon because our wedding is a holiday weekend. Ugh!
