Room blocks - almost check!
The lady from Courtyard Marriot just called me back and our rooms blocking process is in the works. She just has to email the forms and the room rate they came up with and get my approval and then everything will be good to go.
For girls wondering, it's the Courtyard Marriot in Farmingdale/Republic Airport. They start off with blocking 10 rooms and then once those are filled up you can add more. Guests must book their rooms no more than 1 month prior to the wedding or else the room block rate will be forfeited and the remaining rooms will be released back into public availability. 10 rooms booked gets you free shuttle service, which they operate and coordinate according to the time your CH starts and reception ends. 15 rooms booked gets you and FH and free room for the night.
