Hi there, I think i will be needing a bigger room at Leonard's. I am booked in the continental room, and originally i was expecting 150 people to my wedding, well now, I will be inviting probably over 200 people. OYE! has anyone ever asked for a bigger room? what was the outcome? more charges? what was the procedure, lol? any info will help. Thanks!!

umm you should let them know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! because what if you have more people and the room they want to put you in is booked for that day too?
im having 300 guests at my wedding, and theyre opening the grand ballroom for me downstairs... my BM told me i had to guarantee atelast 260 people for that room... im not sure if they'd open it up for less....but definately do talk to them over the phone or schedule an appointment..

yea tell them your situation and how you want your wedding a leonards and you like everything etc..but ur # of guests have increased, see what your BM can do for you

im not a Leonards bride but at Watermill i may be going over as well! I orginally thought we only invite 175 but we ended up w/ 235! They told me for me to go into the bigger room id need to bump my minimum from 135 too 175! Not too bad but i didnt wanna do that bc we invited alot of OOT guests so who knows what our #s will be! Plus im off season so i thought maybe i can wait and see!
